"BOOMERJOBS" was formed with the purpose of creating the most direct and easiest way for mature age job seekers and employers to find each other.

Many job websites target all age groups with the promise of a free listing and or resume. The aim being to creat a large database of job seekers, with which to attract employers who are then be charged either an access fee or recruitment fee which can be in the $1,000's.
