Seeking a strong leader with the right attitude to fit within their solid corporate culture. In addition, you will need to be highly customer centric focused, have excellent communications skills and enjoys rolling up their sleeves and putting the effort into offering exceptional service to ensure continued growth.
The Role:
- - Maintain existing client relationships and build on new business
- Manage reviews and reporting of client services - Develop and gain approval for budgets, plans and actions to achieve performance targets - Prepare sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and account service and resource plans - Carry-out the new client on-boarding process including; preparation of on-boarding plan, analysis and planning of operational needs, resources, implementation plan and client relationship protocols which achieve agreed client service levels - Scrutinise and approve client accounts, tax lodgements, payrolls and payments - Handle client complaints and dispute resolution and escalate to the Managing Director where necessary - Lead and mentor the staff in accordance with company's guidelines, with clear strategic direction along with a passion for exceeding customer expectations! - Develop, execute and continuosly improve streamlined operation management aligned to the company's strategic vision for the Australian operations - Manage technical issues surrounding accounting and payroll including executive level remuneration solutions
The ideal candidate must posses:
- - Strong people management skills
- Ability to think outside the square - Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills - Sound knowledge of tax accounting and tax laws - 5+ years management of a public accounting practice experience - 8 - 10 years public practice accounting - Accounting or business qualification to tertiary level either CPA or CA - Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll software solutions
