A market leader in the manufacturing and supply of commercial catering and hospitality equipment is looking to appoint an enthusiastic person with plenty of get-up-and-go, and “customer first” mentality.
We are located in Clayton, Melbourne South East.
Your role will include: - Handle warranty and repair service calls from clients - Handle customer service issues both face to face and over phone - Fill out report of lodged service calls and co-ordinate repairers - Ordering spare parts and managing parts stock levels
The successful applicant will have: - Excellent multi tasking skills and ability to work un-supervised and in a team - Hands on experience and knowledge of gas, refrigeration and electrical appliances - Adequate computer skills - Ability to prioritise - Team player attributes - High level of communication skills
Gas, refrigeration or Electrical experience essential. Commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration experience preferred but not essential.
