Copyright
You will ensure that all material you provide to BOOMERJOBS will not, if published, infringe the copyright or other intellectual property or contractual rights of any other person or corporation, or defame anyone, or constitute a breach of any statutory or common law obligation owed to any other party.
Indemnities
You may indemnify and will keep indemnified BOOMERJOBS its related companies, directors, employees and agents from all liability (including, but not limited to, liability for matters of the kind described in clauses 1 and 2 above) arising from or as a consequence of the publication of any material on the BOOMERJOBS website.
You indemnify and will keep indemnified BOOMERJOBS its related companies, directors, employees and agents in respect of all liability arising from or as a consequence of any errors or typographical mistakes which appear in the advertisement (regardless of who is responsible for the error).
Password and Security
You will be issued with your own User ID and Password, and can change your own Password to access services on the BOOMERJOBS website after that has been offered to you by BOOMERJOBS and you have accepted that offer. You may not access such services without first entering your PIN each time.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN.
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your PIN.
You agree to notify BOOMERJOBS immediately of any unautherised use if your PIN or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it
You may change your PIN whenever you wish
Exclusions of Responsibility
BOOMERJOBS warrants that it will take reasonable steps to keep the website secure from hacking and other unauthorised intrusions. However you agree not to initiate or prosecute proceedings of any kind or take any other action against BOOMERJOBS in respect of any loss or damage arising from persons hacking into the website or obtaining unauthorised access to your PIN or information that is intended by you to be accessible only via your PIN.
BOOMERJOBS publishes these web pages and links to web pages in good faith, believing that their contents are true and accurate, that they do not infringe copyright, and are not offencive. Without limiting the operation of clause 8.1, BOOMERJOBS does not warrant or guarantee that it will secure any employment for you as a Job Seeker Member, or secure employees for you as an Employer Member and will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of you being unable to secure any employment or employees by virtue of being a member of BOOMERJOBS.
BOOMERJOBS will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from any loss or damage which occurs throughout the duration of or is ancillary to any employment that is obtained by virtue of being a member of BOOMERJOBS.
Privacy Policy & Personal Information
You agree to and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy of BOOMERJOBS which may be accessed on the BOOMERJOBS website.
As part of your membership access to the BOOMERJOBS website, you will have access to confidential personal information. This information has been gathered to be reviewed only by the person responsible for recruitment, and should always be used in a professional manner. BOOMERJOBS has a strict code of ethics regarding the publication of material such as this, and member confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
Our Right to Edit or Refuse Material Provided By a Member
BOOMERJOBS reserves the right at its sole discretion to edit, condense or refuse any material provided by a member. BOOMERJOBS will also refuse to publish any material provided by a member that is deemed (at its discretion) to be inappropriate for publication.
BOOMERJOBS reserves the right to remove any direct contact information including phone numbers and email addresses, that are published be Employer Members within advertisements.
Payments
Job Seeker Member - Membership
- Job Seeker Membership costs $1.00 per day. - Initial Membership is for a period of 90 days and costs a total of $90.00 - Continued Membership is charges as a subscription and is activated automatically when you first join. The cost of subscription is $1.00 per day and is charged in 90 day periods. - Membership may be cancelled at any time after the initial 90 day period. Cancellation will become effective at the end of any billing cycle.
Employer Member - Membership
Employer Membership is totally free. There are no joining fees, no ongoing fees, no hidden fees and no hiring fees when hiring a Job Seeker Member.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
BOOMERJOBS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes have been posted on it will constitute your consent and agreement to such changes.
Governing Law and Forum
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria.
